Clinton Accepts Democratic Party Nomination

Hillary Clinton made history by becoming the first woman to accept the presidential nomination by a major U.S. party. In her acceptance speech she took aim at Republican nominee Donald Trump, saying that instead of dividing Americans and building a wall against immigrants, she would work with all Americans and U.S. allies to defeat terrorism.
